These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Saylah ("we," "us," or "our"), a SaaS platform that generates AI-powered custom quote pages for home services businesses, available at saylah.ai. By accessing or using Saylah, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business. Saylah is intended for business use by contractors and home services companies.
You must create an account to use Saylah. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at team@saylah.ai.
Saylah offers a paid subscription plan at $49/month. New accounts receive a 3-day free trial. No charge is applied during the trial period. After the trial ends, your selected payment method will be billed automatically on a monthly basis.
All payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Subscription settings in your account, or by contacting us at team@saylah.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time, except as required by applicable law.

Saylah uses artificial intelligence to generate quote page content based on information you provide. You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before sending it to clients. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content for any particular purpose. You must not use AI-generated content that makes false claims about certifications, licenses, or credentials your business does not actually hold.

By using Saylah, you consent to your data being processed by these providers in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Saylah (company information, logos, testimonials, project details). You grant Saylah a limited license to use this content solely to provide the service. Saylah and its underlying technology, design, and software remain the exclusive property of Saylah.
SAYLAH IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAYLAH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE — EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately. You may export your data before terminating your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice in the app. Continued use of Saylah after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
